Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering DNA4Addiction. Because each test kit is tied to a specific testing service, refund eligibility depends on the status of your kit and whether testing services have begun.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your kit to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your kit must be unused and unactivated

It must be in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at results@dna4healthlab.com.
If your return is accepted:

You will receive instructions on how to return your kit

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Returns will be inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued.
Refund Eligibility
Before Shipment
If your kit has not yet shipped, you may request a full refund.
After Delivery (Unactivated Kits Only)
If your kit has been delivered but has not been activated:

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery

The kit must be returned in unused condition

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Activated Kits
Once a kit has been activated, refunds are no longer available, as testing services and related workflow may begin.
Samples Received or Processed
Once your sample has been received by the lab or testing has begun, refunds are not available, as the service has been initiated.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

Your kit is damaged

You receive the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacement Kits
We may provide a replacement kit at no additional cost if:

Your kit arrives damaged

Your sample cannot be processed due to insufficient sample or a lab quality issue

There is a shipping or fulfillment issue outside your control
We reserve the right to determine replacement eligibility.
Exceptions
Because DNA4Addiction kits are tied to a personalized testing service:

Activated kits are non-returnable

Kits with submitted samples are non-returnable
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
